Power Manage Service Status

The broadband outage issue at our server location has now been rectified and our Power Manage service is now operating normally.

We are currently experiencing a broadband outage at our server location. Virgin Media engineers are looking into the issue and have advised that a resolution could take up to 48 hours. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience and rest assured that we are everything possible to restore our service as soon as possible.

In order to continue receiving event notifications, we recommend that you connect your alarm system to the Visonic back-up server.

Connect your control panel to the Visonic monitoring back-up service.

 

  1. In the control panel enter Master Installer Mode

  2. Scroll >> to COMMUNICATION – press OK

  3. Scroll >> to C.S REPORTING – press OK

  4. Scroll >> to IP RCVR 2 – press OK

  5. Enter the following IP address – 052.058.105.181

  6. Exit Installer Mode

Connecting The ConnectAlarm Mobile App

  1. Open the CoonectAlarm app and select Cancel at the error screen

  2. Enter the Visonic Sereve Address – visonic.tycomonitor.com – press OK

  3. Enter your email address and tap Sign up!

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to receive your email code.

  5. Enter the code into he app to log in and add your panel details.
